Safeguarding
Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and we fully recognise our responsibility under section 157/175 of The Education Action 2002 and Keeping Children Safe in Education September 2021. We have safeguarding policies and procedures in place, details of which can be found in the Policies section of our website.
At Grange we strive to: -
- Protect children and young people from maltreatment.
- Prevent impairment of our children and young people’s mental and physical health or development.
- Ensure that our children and young people grow up in circumstances consistent with the provisions of safe and effective care.
- Take action to enable ALL children to have the best outcomes.
If you are concerned about the safety or welfare of a child, then please speak to Mrs Cox, who is the Designated Safeguarding Lead or Mrs Middleton, who is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
